Wendy Munson’s experience with land use planning and real estate development began in 1975. She was employed by the Monroe County (New York) Planning Department from 1975 to 1976, the California Coastal Commission from 1977 to 1980, and the Seattle Department of Construction and Land Use from 1980 to 1983. She has been a commercial real estate appraiser since 1985, and has appraised a broad range of property types, with an emphasis on right-of-way acquisition projects. Wendy received her MAI designation in 1994. She holds a B.S. in geology from Tufts University, an M.A. in geology from Boston University, and an M.B.A. from the University of Washington. After serving as Chief Operating Officer for CJM Investment Property Advisors since 1993, Ms. Munson retired in 2014 and currently serves on the CJM Board of Directors.
